Our prices include all taxes and the following services:

• Daily cleaning
• Daily brunch in the private kitchen of the owners, Silvia & Paolo, under the pergola
• Weekly change of bed-linens and bathrobes
• Change of towels every two days
• Use of air-con and/or heating
• Use of the independent shared kitchen available to the exclusive use of guests who wish to prepare their own meals
• Use of living areas available to the exclusive use of the guests
• Use of BBQ
• Use of our salt water pool
• Use of bikes
• Parking of cars and motorbikes
• Use of internet Wi-fi access
• Consultation of available guides and maps
